Last July, the Fellows got together for a weekend in the peaceful village Lage Mierde in the Netherlands. We had time to reflect on the Foundation’s development throughout this past year and define our goals for next year. We are happy with the work done in the Fields of Impact (they’re already integrated in our statutes!) and we decided to define our goals per field (quick reminder of these fields: Equal opportunities, Conscious leadership, Strong sustainability, Social entrepreneurhsip and United Europe). We have also made some brief documents on them, so don’t hesistate to ask us for them if you want to know a bit more.

It was great to get together and have the chance to work face-to-face again. Some people from the IEM Caring community also joined us for dinner one day and helped us in the process, hopefully this can become a tradition and we’ll get to see you there next year as well!
